Then everyone starts improvising:</p> <ul> <li>should this go to support?</li> <li>should ops look at it first?</li> <li>is this a security issue or just a bad input?</li> <li>does finance need to approve this?</li> <li>should we pause the workflow or let it retry?</li> </ul> <p>That is not an operations model. That is a coordination tax.</p>
